Maple Pecan Sweet Potatoes

I love sweet potatoes and I make them several times a week. I wanted to throw a Holiday spin on a typical dish that I make. These also smell amazing and will make your kitchen smell like a bath and body works candle but without the toxic fragrances.

A nutty cinnamon sweet potato dish, perfect for the Holidays. 




  1. Instructions

    Preheat Oven to 350

    Chop the sweet potatoes into small cubes and place in a medium sized bowl and drizzle with melted coconut oil, ghee or olive oil works too.

    Coat the potatoes with cinnamon, salt and chopped pecans.

    I chop my pecans in my vitamix, be careful to not over-blend, you do not want them to turn into dust. 

    Throw potatoes on a baking sheet a bake for 40 minutes.

Nutrition facts are based off of coconut oil and unsweetened pecans. I always use pure maple syrup and recommend everyone does the same.
