I gave up candy over 6 years ago and I have not had a piece sense. I decided that it was junk food that was not serving me and I had an issue binging on it. I decided to create these delicious PB cups that are super easy and free of refined sugar.

These simple ingredient peanut butter cups that are super easy and you pop them right in your freezer. You can really put your own spin on these and add as much chocolate or peanut butter as you want.




  1. Instructions

    Take a half a cup of peanut butter and add it to a mixer and ad in the coconut sugar and vanilla. Mix together until they are combined, if you need to soften the peanut butter, you can add some coconut milk or regular milk.

    Heat up a small sauce pan over low to medium heat, add a tablespoon of ghee, butter or coconut oil. Add in the chocolate chips, maple syrup and coconut milk. Slowly stir until everything melts. Once the chocolate is melted make sure to keep it on low heat, stirring occasionally so it does not burn. If you need to add more coconut milk, do so, you want the texture to be thick but not too thick. 


    Once you have your cupcake liners in your cupcake tin, add a tablespoon of chocolate to the bottom of each liner. This should create 8 servings. Once the bottom layer is down, add a 1/2 tablespoon-1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture to each one.

    Finally, top each candy off with an additional tablespoon of chocolate.
