Greek Style Beef Meatballs

Greek Meatballs
pinit

I do not like traditional meatballs, because I am not a fan of the texture of flour with meat. Most meatballs are also too sweet and I am just not a fan of the traditional flavors. This dish goes well with some white or brown rice, I am sure forbidden rice would be amazing with it as well.

    Preheat oven to  375 Fahrenheit

Chop your fresh herbs and juice you lemon.

Combine ground beef, spics and egg in a big bowl. If you want them to bind together in a better fashion, you can add 1/4 cup of arrowroot powder or tapioca starch.

Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet ( do not coat sheet in Pam or any seed oil)

You can coat with coconut oil or olive oil.

    Bake for 15 minutes

This goes well with rice or with my homemade ranch dressing.
