Chocolate candy cups.

Who loves Candy? It was absolutely my addiction for the longest time. I literally could have eaten an entire giant bag of M&Ms in one sitting. Sadly, those are full of food dyes and other garbage. I completely gave up candy back in the beginning of 2017 but I found that I did miss it during the Holidays and during Halloween. I knew that Candy would be a challenge to make in a healthy manner because candy is literally one of the unhealthiest things ever.

So first things first, I use dark chocolate chips because dark chocolate is going to have the most health benefits. I recommend Lily’s dark chocolate chips, Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips or Pascha.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tbsp Cacao Powder
1/4 Cup Shredded coconut
1 tbsp Vanilla
3 TBSP Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup of Whole Rolled Oats( Organic is best)
1/2 cup of Cashews or any other Nut of your choice



Directions
I personally used my instant pot but you could use a stove top. I put the instant pot on sauce mode. It gets hot fast so be mindful. Add in the coconut oil and throw in the chocolate chips. Melt them. They melt fast. Then put the Instant pot onto low mode. Add in the rest of the ingredients and slowly stir in. They will slowly turn into a harder texture.

Turn off the instant pot and let the candy cool. Take mini cupcake tins, I really like using the brand If you care. Once they are stopped into the tins, place them in a container and put them in the freezer.

You will store them in the freezer. They take about twenty minutes to harden.
